Tirthan is one of those rare, unexplored gems that you make you sit back, breathe & feel the world around you. A tiny hamlet of tranquillity & extreme beauty, our stay in Tirthan this April, was for 8 days, & trust us, we were not bored for even a minute. To top it, our stay was with Raju's Cottage at the initial part of the stay & then later we explored GHNP via Ankit Sood. Every event, every nuance, every minute was so full of adventure that capturing it well in one review is difficult; whether it was the snow trek to spot the absolutely frozen Srolsar lake or to see villages of Shoja & Jibhi, that looked like brushstokes of an impressionist & not real places, or the lovely Gushaini or the simply flawless Raju's stay!! Every experience was worth recounting. Please read Musafir & Hasina's 3 part travails in the Tirthan Valley...& sill we have 2 parts more coming up!!
